  • Smoking is on the decline. So increase in heart disease due to smoking will be less.
  • Continuous increase in risk factors like obesity, poor diet, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
  • Exercise is also not able to control heart disease. This is authenticated by giving an example of Bob Harper who recently suffered from heart disease. Bob harper is a specialist trainer in fitness.
