Having never had a yoga mat before, I was not sure what to expect. I definitely wasn’t sure how much good it would do with my plus size body. I am so pleased with it, I am getting one for my husband. It provides an amazing amount of cushion, is long enough for my entire length and then some. New to yoga, I feel the width helps guide me spatially. The most surprising thing though was that having accidentally exposed it to a rain storm, it held up just fine. I woke to find it on my deck with water on top and not soaked in. Not that I plan on doing hot yoga, but that gives me confidence this mat could handle the sweat if I did.
